Thanks to Apple and the iPad, the computer as consumer device has finally come into its own. It turns out that all those people dismissed by many as hopeless luddites were simply waiting for someone to come up with a device that actually met their needs. It’s becoming almost commonplace for grandma (or anyone else whose only use for a computer is connecting with family, friends, and entertainment) to pack a smartphone or tablet wherever they go. So what does this mean for content developers?
